A decorative cloisonne enamel dish modelled as a turtle, the shell forming a shallow tray decorated with a stylised bird and wave medallion within blue and russet geometric borders, with finely scaled head, legs and tail in gilt-wire enamel. Excellent visible condition with bright, undamaged enamels. Mid-to-late 20th-century Chinese work - an appealing small collector piece.
